Details

Commercial vehicles are expensive to operate and down-time even more so.  Proper accurate diagnostics and preventative maintenance is there for essential.

A truck dyno lends itself ideal to bringing possible breakdown into the workshop, rather than next to the road.

Hyper Power has the ideal solution to test commercial vehicles under full load condition while monitoring critical parameters such as blow-by, boost, oil pressure, Exhaust gas temperature (EGT), power output, fuel flow, air/fuel ration, Engine temp, etc.

The versatility of this dyno ensures that it will suit almost any workshop.  This dyno is upgradeable from a standard 4x2 Loading, to 4x2 Loading with idler rollers or a full 4x4 Loading unit.

Small utility trucks (typical 80HP) up to 600HP trucks can be tested on the same dyno.

Ratchet Tie Downs:

  • 4 x 2,000 kg capacity tie downs ensure safe dyno testing

Cooling fan:

  • 5 kW Ø600mm axial fan

Cooling fan for retarder:

  • 2kW Ø400mm fan. Ensures prolonged testing at constant speeds.

Lambda Sensor:

  • Wide band oxygen sensor integrated with computer to display Air/Fuel readings on the graphs.
